Better late than never, but here's a brief summary of last weekend's senior cricket!
The 2s ran out convincing winners by 195 runs against St. John's Billericay. Batting first, Galleywood put 261/5 on the board in their 45 overs with 79* in 73 balls from McIntyre and 66 in 62 balls from captain Swann. St. John's only managed 65 all out in their reply as they couldn't recover from Zak Hicks' 4 wickets in 5 overs. Finally, we had a T20 away to Coggeshall on Sunday, which saw Galleywood lost by 131 runs. Cross made 79 in only 34 balls to leave Galleywood up against it in their chase.
